অর্গানিক বারাকাহ-এর বিক্রয় সংক্রান্ত সাধারণ শর্তাবলী
(Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale – Organic Barakah)
১. পণ্যের মান
অর্গানিক বারাকাহ সর্বদা তাজা, নিরাপদ ও মানসম্মত ফল, শাকসবজি এবং অর্গানিক পণ্য সরবরাহের চেষ্টা করে। প্রাকৃতিকভাবে উৎপাদিত হওয়ায় পণ্যের আকার, রং ও ওজনে সামান্য পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে।
২. পণ্যের ওজন
সকল পণ্যের ওজন আনুমানিক (±) হিসেবে উল্লেখ করা হয়। প্রাকৃতিক কারণে ওজনে সামান্য তারতম্য হতে পারে।
৩. মূল্য
সকল মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT)-এ উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে এবং পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। অর্ডারের সময় প্রদর্শিত মূল্যই প্রযোজ্য হবে।
৪. অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ
অর্ডার সফলভাবে গ্রহণ ও নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পরই তা প্রক্রিয়াকরণ করা হবে। স্টক স্বল্পতা, মূল্যগত ত্রুটি বা অন্য কোনো অনিবার্য কারণে অর্গানিক বারাকাহ অর্ডার বাতিল বা প্রত্যাখ্যান করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
৫. ডেলিভারি
ডেলিভির সময় আনুমানিক। আবহাওয়া, যানজট বা অন্যান্য অনিবার্য কারণে ডেলিভিতে বিলম্ব হতে পারে। সঠিক নাম, ঠিকানা ও যোগাযোগ নম্বর প্রদান করা গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব।
৬. পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা
সব পণ্য স্টকের ওপর নির্ভরশীল। কোনো পণ্য অনুপস্থিত থাকলে আমরা বিকল্প পণ্য, আংশিক রিফান্ড বা অর্ডার সংশোধনের জন্য আপনার সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করব।
৭. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড
তাজা ও দ্রুত নষ্ট হওয়া পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে সাধারণত রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হয় না। তবে ভুল, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা নষ্ট পণ্য পেলে ডেলিভারির ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ছবি ও প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্যসহ আমাদের জানাতে হবে। যাচাই সাপেক্ষে প্রতিস্থাপন, স্টোর ক্রেডিট বা রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হতে পারে।
৮. গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব
ডেলিভি গ্রহণের সময় পণ্য পরীক্ষা করুন। কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে দ্রুত আমাদের জানান, যাতে যথাযথ ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া যায়।
৯. সংরক্ষণ
পণ্যের সর্বোত্তম গুণগত মান বজায় রাখতে ডেলিভারির পর যথাযথভাবে সংরক্ষণ (যেমন প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ফ্রিজে রাখা) করা গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব। ভুল সংরক্ষণের কারণে পণ্যের মান নষ্ট হলে অর্গানিক বারাকাহ দায়ী থাকবে না।
১০. গোপনীয়তা
গ্রাহকের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য শুধুমাত্র অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণ, ডেলিভারি ও গ্রাহকসেবার উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করা হবে। আইনগত প্রয়োজন বা অর্ডার সম্পন্ন করার প্রয়োজন ছাড়া কোনো তৃতীয় পক্ষের কাছে তথ্য শেয়ার করা হবে না।
১১. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা
আমাদের পণ্য বা সেবা ব্যবহারের ফলে সৃষ্ট কোনো পরোক্ষ, আনুষঙ্গিক বা বিশেষ ক্ষতির জন্য অর্গানিক বারাকাহ দায়ী থাকবে না।
১২. শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন
অর্গানিক বারাকাহ যে কোনো সময় পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই এই শর্তাবলী সংশোধন বা পরিবর্তনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। সর্বশেষ সংস্করণ আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশিত হবে।

5. Delivery

6. Product Availability
Products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we may contact you regarding a suitable replacement or issue a refund for the unavailable item.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, returns are generally not accepted. If you receive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos for review. Eligible claims may receive a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Customers should inspect their order upon delivery. Any issues should be reported promptly to ensure timely resolution.
9. Food Safety
For the best quality, fresh products should be refrigerated or stored appropriately immediately after delivery. Organic Barakah is not responsible for product quality after improper storage by the customer.

11. Limitation of Liability
